Pilates Hall
Pilates Hall
Istanbul Gelisim University Physical Education and High School Pilates Hall was created with equipment that included studio lessons. The hall, which is 401.67 m2, contains equipment belonging to reformer pilates, cadillac, mats, medicine balls, resistance bands, and many other related branches. It is used by the relevant instructor for specialization courses and elective courses in line with the objectives and achievements of the courses. It hosts various organizations in the campus including academic, administrative, students and external stakeholders. It also serves to host the preparations of our professional and amateur athletes during the competition periods
