The Food Analysis Laboratory at Istanbul Gelisim University (C Block/013) is equipped with modern technology and scientific methods, making it suitable for food analysis and research. Our laboratory provides services not only for practical courses but also for academic research and industrial collaboration projects. In other words, our laboratory conducts microbiological, chemical, physical, and sensory analyses, as well as R&D activities such as new product development, process optimization, and research on functional foods and dietary supplements.
