In the Drawing Studio Room 201, located in Block J and jointly used by the Faculty of Fine Arts & the Faculty of Architecture and Engineering at Istanbul Gelisim University, products are created at the intersection of art, design, architecture, and engineering disciplines. With the J 201 Drawing Studio, students are able to transform the knowledge they have learned in theoretical courses into practical applications and creative products. At this point, students experience the theoretical knowledge they have learned in a hands-on manner, discovering new ways of expressing themselves, while also developing their aesthetic perceptions and thinking skills to create unique products. The J 201 Drawing Studio has a capacity of 35 students.
The Drawing Studios, numbered 1401/1-2-3-4-5, located within the Faculty of Fine Arts at Istanbul Gelişim University, serve as the vibrant intersection of art, design, architecture, and media disciplines. Here, Design Studio classes foster the creation of interior design projects, where students transform theoretical knowledge into practical applications and creative endeavors.
Students adeptly translate classroom theories into hands-on experiences, exploring new avenues of self-expression and honing their aesthetic perceptions and critical thinking skills. With a capacity exceeding 100 individuals, the Drawing Studios boast a flexible design that facilitates collaborative work among multiple studios. Equipped with projection areas, they also accommodate theoretical lectures and presentations, transforming into dynamic spaces where over 100 attendees can engage with student presentations.
